كل منتجات Keyflow اشتراكات رقمية، فالسياسة دي بتوضح إمتى تقدر تلغي الطلب أو تسترجع فلوسك.

قبل التفعيل

تقدر تلغي طلبك وتسترجع المبلغ كامل طالما لسه مافعّلناش الاشتراك.

ضمان 30 يوم

لو الاشتراك مشتغلش أو وقف خلال 30 يوم من تاريخ التفعيل لسبب مش راجع لك، بنستبدله باشتراك تاني أو نرجعلك فلوسك. بلّغنا بالمشكلة جوه مدة الضمان ومعاك رقم الطلب وصورة توضح المشكلة.

حالات مش بيغطيها الضمان

• لو الحساب كان عليه اشتراك شغال وقت التفعيل.
• لو الحساب اتقفل أو اتوقف بسبب مخالفة شروط الشركة صاحبة الخدمة.
• لو الحساب اتشارك مع أشخاص تانيين، أو اتغيرت بياناته بشكل أثّر على الاشتراك.
• التغييرات اللي الشركة صاحبة الخدمة بتعملها في المميزات أو الحدود أو الأسعار.
• تغيير رأيك بعد ما الاشتراك اتفعّل واشتغل بشكل سليم.

طريقة رد الفلوس

بنرجع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع اللي استخدمتها، أو بطريقة تانية نتفق عليها معاك.

Guarantee and refund policy

All Keyflow products are digital subscriptions. This policy explains when you can cancel an order or get your money back.

Before activation

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as we haven't activated the subscription yet.

30-day guarantee

If the subscription doesn't work or stops within 30 days of activation for a reason that isn't on your side, we replace it or refund you. Report the issue within the guarantee period with your order number and a screenshot of the problem.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

• The account already had an active subscription at the time of activation.
• The account was suspended or closed for breaking the provider's terms.
• The account was shared with others, or its details were changed in a way that affected the subscription.
• Changes the provider makes to features, limits or prices.
• A change of mind after the subscription was activated and is working.

How refunds are paid

We refund using the same payment method you used, or another method we agree on with you.
