إمتى بيتفعّل اشتراكك

بعد ما تحوّل المبلغ، ابعت صورة إيصال التحويل ورقم الطلب على الواتساب أو الإيميل. بنفعّل اشتراكك خلال 5 ساعات بحد أقصى من استلام الإيصال، في أي وقت في اليوم. الطلب مش بيبدأ تنفيذه غير بعد ما يوصلنا الإيصال.

طريقة التفعيل

طريقة التفعيل بتختلف من منتج للتاني. بنبعتلك الخطوات الخاصة بالمنتج اللي طلبته مع التفعيل، ولو احتجت مساعدة إحنا معاك.

شرط الحساب

الحساب اللي هيتفعّل عليه الاشتراك لازم ميكونش عليه أي اشتراك شغال في نفس الخدمة. لو عليه اشتراك، استنى لما يخلص قبل ما تطلب. التأخير بسبب اشتراك شغال مش بيتحسب من مدة الـ 5 ساعات.

Delivery and activation policy

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.

When your subscription is activated

After you transfer the amount, send a photo of the transfer receipt and your order number by WhatsApp or email. We activate your subscription within 5 hours at most of receiving the receipt, at any time of day. We start processing an order only once the receipt reaches us.

How activation works

Activation differs from product to product. We send you the steps for the product you ordered when we activate it, and we're here if you need help.

Account requirement

The account the subscription is activated on must not have an active subscription to the same service. If it does, wait until it ends before ordering. Delays caused by an active subscription don't count toward the 5 hours.
